Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I started this yogurt company in 2023, but the story goes back much further. I come from a family of farmers, where making yogurt wasn’t a trend or a hobby—it was part of daily life. That connection to food, tradition, and quality is something I’ve carried with me ever since.
After living in Jackson Hole for over a decade, I felt inspired to bring a piece of my Kurdish-Mesopotamian heritage to the community I’ve grown to love. Our yogurt is made in that same traditional style: thick, tart, unblended, and fermented right in the jar. It’s similar to Bulgarian yogurt, but with its own deep, regional roots.
We use just one ingredient: A Grade organic whole milk, sourced locally from farms we trust. Nothing else. No shortcuts, no additives—just honest yogurt made the way it’s meant to be.
